PantryEasy incorporates a comprehensive client management system. This system allows for the storage and retrieval of client information, which is accessible from the Client screen.

Finding & Viewing Clients

Client records can be generated either through integration with an external client management system like Salesforce, or by the client registering on the shopping site to create their own profile.

1
Search for a client To locate a client, type their name, address, or phone number into the search bar on the Client screen. The client's status is also visible here, indicating whether they are a new client, eligible for shopping, or flagged as ineligible.
2
Assign a custom ID (optional) If the system isn't directly integrated with an external client management system, it's still possible to track the client's ID number from that other system by inputting a custom ID number.
3
Open the full client profile By clicking the edit link, the complete client profile becomes visible. This profile includes basic demographics, the primary service location where the client shops, their status, and whether they have household members. For example, an admin can change the client's primary location to a different pantry and save the updated demographics.

Household Members

4
View & manage household members The system allows for the viewing of all household members, their demographics, and the total number of people in the household. Admins can add new members from this screen.

Registration & Notes

5
View registration answers If a client has registered on the shopping site, all their registration form answers are displayed on the screen.
6
Maintain client notes PantryEasy enables admins to maintain a history of notes from managing and assisting the client.

Communications & Documents

7
View & send messages PantryEasy records all communications sent and received between PantryEasy and the client. These emails and text messages can be viewed and, if necessary, resent. If the client has opted in to email and/or SMS, admins can manually send new messages using predefined templates.
8
Electronic document repository PantryEasy features a secure electronic document repository. Clients are prompted to upload documents — typically identification — upon registration. Admins can view these documents in the admin portal.

Order History

9
View order history Admins can view a complete history of all orders made by the client.
